    出口端:身份認證、身份認證檢疫手續、官方醫院資料、狂犬病中和抗體力價報告和檢測、RNATT Declaration防檢署認證、Final veterinary examination、澳洲官方DAFF獸醫健康證書、犬萊什曼原蟲實驗報告 、犬布魯氏菌檢驗報告之國外實驗室下血清送驗（以上相關出口血檢由獸醫專業判斷為主做檢測，狗跟貓的檢測皆不一樣），輸出獸醫健康證明文件、出口防檢署檢疫 輸出檢疫證明書以及出口同意文件。

    進口端：以您所在地區城市和寵物材積向澳洲方做報價，費用含澳洲輸入許可證、官方輸入文件等申請、澳洲清關部份、清關海關等規費、PEQ墨爾本10天隔離期、境內航空運輸、送到家等。

    貨運出口機票部份：由最後出口時，航空公司依材積做報價再進行最後付費。

(The above-mentioned related export blood tests will be based on the professional judgement of veterinarians, and the tests for dogs and cats differ), veterinary health certificate, export quarantine certificate from the Export Inspection and Quarantine Administration, and export consent document. Import: make a quotation to the Australian side based on the city in your region and the volume of the pet. The fee includes applications for Australian import permits, official import documents, Australian customs clearance and other fees, PEQ Melbourne's 10-day quarantine period, domestic air transportation, home delivery, etc. Pet export air tickets: At the time of final export, the airline will make a quotation based on the volume of the pet before the final payment.
